MyHub is built around four focused applications. Each one has a single job, and together they cover the full life of a message — from the moment something happens, through every status change, to a complete audit trail. Here's what each app does and when you'd use it.
Where messages land — and tasks get done.
Every message destined for your team — whether triggered automatically by a system event or sent manually by a colleague — arrives in the Inbox. Each entry comes with structured context: the trigger, the affected article or DC, status, assignment, and a deep "Current vs At Event Time" snapshot of the underlying master data so you can see exactly what changed and when.
The split-screen master/detail view keeps you fast: scan the list on the left, click any row to open the full message on the right, work through tabs (Message Information, Changed Fields, History, Notes…), then move to the next one without losing your place.
Compose, route, and post.
The Outbox is where humans broadcast. Need to flag a delivery problem to all warehouses? Announce a new product launch to the buying teams? Route a cross-functional update through approval before it goes live? This is where you do it.
Pick a Free Text trigger from a clean list, fill in the structured input fields it requires (Article, DC, Supplier, Urgent, Post Date), write your message in the rich-text editor, attach files, choose your distribution list, and either post immediately or send through the approval chain. Every message keeps full state — In Progress, Awaiting Approval, Approved, Posted — so you always know where it is.
See your team's state at a glance.
Where are messages piling up? Who's holding the most open tasks? Which triggers are firing hardest this week? The Dashboard answers all of that without a single SQL query.
Donut charts break down Inbox and Outbox status by Receiver Group; stacked bars show per-user message assignments; multi-series line charts surface trigger-volume trends over time; a heat-grid spots the busiest groups at a glance. Filter by Receiver Group, user, date range, or status — the charts redraw instantly.
Configure groups, users, and triggers.
Behind every smooth-running MyHub instance is the Administrative Workbench. It's where admins shape who hears what — defining Receiver Groups, registering users, subscribing groups to Automated Triggers, configuring Free Text Trigger schemas, setting Lead Times, and writing reusable text templates.
Admins only see and modify the groups they belong to. Every change is captured in a History Log per group — who changed what, when, with the old and new values — so audits are a search away rather than a forensic exercise.
Admins set up groups, users, and triggers in the Workbench. Senders compose announcements in the Outbox. Receivers work through tasks in the Inbox. And everyone watches volumes and bottlenecks on the Dashboard.
The four apps are designed to feel like one product — the same shell, the same theme, the same shortcuts. You can move between them in a single click.
The live demo gives you full access to all four apps with mocked data. Click around, change statuses, send a fake message — see how it actually feels.
